Job Description:

Target is looking for a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but one year of customer service experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and reliable, with strong soft skills in creativity and persuasion.

Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers who have inquiries, issues, or need assistance with products or services- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a positive and professional attitude- Utilize resources and tools to provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries- Input customer information and details into the system accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong written communication skills- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Proficiency in using online chat software and tools- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Reliable and dependable in meeting work schedules and deadlines- Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for customers- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues
