Job Description:

Calpine is seeking a talented Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to address their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.- Keep up-to-date with product updates, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.- Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.- Confidence and drive to provide excellent customer service and support.- Strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for process improvement.- Innovative thinking to come up with creative solutions for customer issues.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in online chat platforms and customer service software.- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.- Equal opportunity employer.
