As an Online Chat Support Representative at ConocoPhillips in Denver, Colorado, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, independent, and possess strong planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner via online chat- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, and company policies- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in computer applications and internet browsing- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
