**Job Description:**

Insight Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Online Client Relations Assistant** to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client experience by addressing inquiries, facilitating communication, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional client service and increase client retention and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for online inquiries via email, chat, and the company website.
- Respond promptly to client questions and concerns with a view to resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with clients.

2. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and promote ongoing engagement.
- Collect client feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement.

3. **Problem Solving:**
- Proactively address client issues or complaints and find solutions that align with company policies and enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate challenges or ongoing issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using the company's CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.

5. **Marketing Support:**
- Support marketing initiatives by identifying potential leads and assisting with outreach efforts.
- Engage with clients on social media platforms to enhance brand presence and client engagement.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving client relations.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience.

7. **Continuous Learning & Improvement:**
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that can enhance client relations.
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional development within the role.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a client relations, customer service, or related role, preferably in an online environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to handle challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Independent: Self-starter who can manage time and tasks effectively without constant oversight.

- **Soft Skills:**
