Job Description:

Allstate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients through various online platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to engage with clients online through social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels- Monitor client feedback and reviews online, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and feedback on client preferences and needs- Work closely with the marketing team to create and promote online content that resonates with our target audience- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of online client engagement efforts and make data-driven decisions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations to continuously improve strategies and tactics

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field- 7+ years of experience in online client relations or digital marketing- Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong ability to problem solve and think creatively- Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment- Experience working with CRM systems and digital marketing tools- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders
