**Job Description:**
Stryker is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via online communication platforms including email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about products and services.
2. **Relationship Building:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on understanding their needs and preferences.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage pipelines effectively.
3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Address and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely manner, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and provide solutions for client-related challenges.
4. **Client Education:**
- Educate clients on new products, services, and best practices to enhance their experience with Stryker.
- Create and distribute informative materials (e.g., guides, FAQs) that support client understanding of processes and products.
5. **Reporting and Feedback:**
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to management and relevant teams.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in team meetings to discuss service initiatives and share ideas for enhancing client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to better serve our clients.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- **Skills and Competencies:**
- Independent and resilient with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and work environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and problem-solving.
