Nordstrom, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns effectively- Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers- Work closely with the Online Client Relations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
