Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Altria Group is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through online platforms. This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and concerns through online channels in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions- Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues or concerns promptly- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide the best possible service to clients- Provide regular reports on client interactions and feedback to management

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role- Strong communication and persuasion skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
