Job Description:Omnicom Group is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients through online platforms- Manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with online transactions and account management- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences- Monitor client feedback and provide insights to improve overall service- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to online client service
