**Job Description:**

Texas Instruments is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Client Service Associate to join our customer service team in San Jose, California. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Client Service Associate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients by utilizing strong soft skills and strategic decision-making abilities. This individual will contribute to fostering a positive client experience and enhancing our reputation for excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance via online channels, including email, chat, and social media. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently by utilizing decision-making skills and strategic thinking. Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to find effective solutions.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Compile reports on client feedback and service trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of Texas Instruments' products and services to provide informed support. Stay updated on new product releases, updates, and common issues to enhance knowledge and effectiveness.

- **Client Education:** Provide clients with guidance across various channels, including troubleshooting tips and usage instructions, to enhance their experience and optimize product usage.

- **Feedback Loop:** Propel customer feedback to appropriate teams to contribute to product development and improvement strategies. Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and ideas.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to achieve shared objectives and create a cohesive, communicative team environment. Support initiatives aimed at improving team performance and client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields, preferably in an online or remote capacity.
