Visa is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide online support to clients to assist with inquiries, issues, and escalations- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with Visa services- Conduct research and analysis to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes- Assist with project management initiatives to enhance client experience- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
Requirements:- Dedicated and resourceful individual with strong communication skills- Proficient in critical thinking and project management- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Experience with customer service and client support- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
