SanDisk is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide online support to clients via chat, email, and phone- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner- Assist with product inquiries and provide information on SanDisk products and services- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with clients- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer support process- Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements:- Hardworking and able to work independently- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in using computer software and online communication tools- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
