Job Description:

Palantir Technologies is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, and possess cooperation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to clients through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and video calls- Assist clients with technical issues, account management, and general inquiries- Collaborate with other support team members to ensure excellent customer service- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department- Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients- Assist in creating training materials and resources for clients

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in using online communication tools and technology- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus- Must be able to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling
