Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Client Support Specialist to join our team at Mattel in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our online clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone- Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Assist with client onboarding and training as needed- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the client support process- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role- Strong communication and presentation skills- Energetic and reliable personality traits- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
