Job Opportunity: Facility Manager

We are pursuing an applicant who is seeking an interesting and compensateing position.
The position is a function that supports the maintenance of our 250,000 sq. foot facility including our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, scrap, etc. systems.  The position is responsible for the safety, implementation, and maintenance of equipment to support manufacturing processes and facility requirements.  The position will include superviseing and conducting maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment.
Additionally, a qualified candidate is to have good written and verbal communication expertise, strong computer expertise, strong problem-solving expertise, and capability to work in a team environment.  A bachelor's degree or equivalent work practice is required. practice with project management and data collection is valuable.
