Responsibilities:- Create and publish content for the company's website, social media channels, and other online platforms- Monitor and analyze online engagement and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic online communication campaigns- Manage online customer inquiries and comments, ensuring timely and professional responses- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital communication trends and best practices- Assist with other communications or marketing projects as needed
