Job Description:
Prudential Financial is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to start a career in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, email, and phone interactions with clients- Assist clients with inquiries, account changes, transactions, and general information about our products and services- Utilize our online contact center software to accurately document client interactions and update client information in the system- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve performance targets- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all client interactions- Continuously develop and improve your knowledge of Prudential Financial products and services through ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:- Reliable and resilient personality with the ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment- Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues in a professional manner- Excellent attention to detail to accurately document client interactions and update information in our system- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve performance goals- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online contact center software preferred
