Sanmina is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the online contact center operations, including monitoring performance metrics, setting goals, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing training and guidance to ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make strategic recommendations to senior management.- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the contact center.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.- Proven experience in a contact center or customer service management role.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Excellent strategic planning and negotiation abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with speed and efficiency.
