Job Description:

Broadcom, a leading technology company located in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage online customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.
2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues when necessary.
3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Utilize company software and tools to track customer interactions and provide detailed reports to management.
6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
3. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative in problem-solving situations.
4. A dedicated work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
6. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
