Job Description:

FMC Technologies is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the online customer care team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and work to continuously improve the online customer care experience
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless online customer experience
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Train and mentor online customer care team members
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
- Dedicated and resilient personality traits
- Strong people management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in online customer service platforms and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience
