Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at Home Depot in Denver, Colorado. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of online customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure team goals are met
- Maintain a positive and productive working environment for the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
