We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Dana Holding in Jacksonville, Florida. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems preferred.8. Must be reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
