Visa is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant in our Indianapolis, Indiana office. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to online customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay knowledgeable about Visa's products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers- Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience and achieve company goals- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Energetic and dedicated personality- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Creativity and ability to think outside the box when problem-solving- Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
