Job Description:

As an Online Customer Service Specialist at Accenture in Denver, Colorado, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Working in a part-time capacity at the associate level, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various online channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and social media platforms- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and urgency- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Confident and resilient personality traits- Strong communication skills and the ability to think critically- Experience with strategic planning and problem-solving- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
