Job Description:

SpartanNash is seeking an Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate level position, the Online Customer Success Officer will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the personality traits of resilience and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with online customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and live chat- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve issues- Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention- Present reports and findings to management on a regular basis

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Resilient and resourceful personality traits- Excellent presentation skills- Strong strategic planning abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication skills- Detail-oriented and organized- Bachelor's degree preferred
