Job Description:

NextEra Energy is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Officer will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online customer experience to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the online customer experience and increase customer satisfaction- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve customer experience- Provide training and support to customers on how to use online platforms effectively- Proactively identify and address customer issues and escalations to ensure a positive customer experience- Track key performance indicators related to customer success and online engagement- Create reports and presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 4 years of experience in customer success or related field- Resourceful and driven personality traits- Strong cooperation and leadership skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
