Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Duke Energy in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through various online platforms to ensure they are satisfied with Duke Energy's services.2. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.3. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase customer retention.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve overall processes.5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continually improve processes.
Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Confident and dedicated personality.3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.4. Ability to think creatively and innovatively to improve customer experience.5. Knowledge of online customer engagement strategies.6. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
