Job Description:
CBRE Group is seeking an Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be passionate and energetic, with strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:- Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer support- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Energetic and positive attitude
