Job Description:
Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and possess strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality online customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and social media- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Energetic and driven personality- Strong project management and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
