Job Description:
Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a highly motivated Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for a candidate looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing. The Online Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and display advertising- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for digital channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing- Monitor and report on competitor activities in the digital space- Support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions- Assist in the management of the company's online presence, including website and social media profiles
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Independent and hardworking with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks- Strong presentation and teamwork skills- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms- Experience with data analysis and reporting
