Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Valero Energy in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, analyze campaign performance, and drive website traffic and lead generation.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms- Create and manage content for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences- Analyze data and reports to measure campaign success and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to optimize marketing efforts- Manage and allocate budget effectively to maximize ROI- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from customers
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools- Resourceful and motivated with a passion for innovation- Excellent communication and analytical skills- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management- Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required
