**Job Description:**

AECOM is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this part-time role, you will support various online marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and establish a strong digital presence. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Content Creation and Management:**
- Assist in developing engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy and adherence to AECOM's brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.

2. **Social Media Management:**
- Help manage AECOM's social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience inquiries.
- Track social media metrics and provide insights for improving performance and audience engagement.

3. **Email Marketing:**
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and list management.
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics and generate reports to determine effectiveness.

4. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):**
- Assist in implementing SEO best practices across digital assets to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to support content optimization efforts.

5. **Market Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify and understand market trends, target audience preferences, and potential opportunities for AECOM's services.
- Compile and analyze data from various marketing channels to inform strategic recommendations.

6. **Event Marketing Support:**
- Provide logistical support for online events, webinars, and workshops, including planning, promotion, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate participant registrations and manage event-related communications.

7. **General Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain organized records of marketing materials, reports, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various project initiatives and provide marketing insights as needed.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing, digital communications, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions and generating ideas.
- Driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
