Job Description:
Macy's is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Office Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage online office operations, including coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and responding to inquiries- Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic files and databases- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication- Monitor and manage online office supplies and equipment inventory- Help facilitate virtual meetings and events as needed- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
