Job Description:
TravelCenters of America (TA) is seeking a talented and resourceful Online Operations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the online operations of our company. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Monitor and manage the company's online platforms, including website, social media accounts, and online customer service channels.2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to online content, promotions, and products.3. Analyze online data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns.5. Provide exceptional customer service to online customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.6. Assist in the development and implementation of online sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer engagement.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2. 4+ years of experience in online operations or a similar role.3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.5. Proven track record of resourcefulness and resilience in a fast-paced environment.6. Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online platforms.8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
