Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Ripple is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Operations Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage online platform operations to ensure smooth functionality- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of service- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or a related role- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team- Resourceful and dedicated mindset
