Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Online Support Assistant to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Assistant will be responsible for providing online support to customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive online experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and phone
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve online processes
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and online tools to effectively assist customers
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role
- Driven and motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
- Proficient with online platforms and tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
