World Fuel Services is seeking a part-time Online Support Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and confident, possessing strong planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to customers through various platforms, including email, chat, and social media- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner- Utilize a ticketing system to track and manage customer requests- Assist in the development and implementation of online support processes and procedures- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer support or online support role- Strong adaptability and confidence when interacting with customers- Excellent planning and project management skills- Proficient in using various online support tools and platforms- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
