Responsibilities:- Provide online support to customers through various channels such as chat, email, and social media- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
