Job Description:

SanDisk is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Support Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a related field and possess a strong passion for customer support and technology.

Responsibilities:- Provide online technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex problems- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in technical support or a related field- Passionate about providing excellent customer service- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow- Excellent communication and persuasion skills- Attentive to detail and able to multitask effectively- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
