**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:** Respond to client inquiries through our online chat system in a timely and accurate manner, providing information on financial products and services.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify client concerns or issues and escalate them appropriately while ensuring a positive interaction and following up as necessary.
- **Knowledge Maintenance:** Stay informed on company policies, services, and updates to provide accurate information to clients and enhance their experience.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to deliver cohesive support and develop strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to chat scripts, FAQs, and client service processes to enhance the online experience.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established performance metrics in response time, client satisfaction, and quality of service.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions and take advantage of opportunities for self-improvement and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education and Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of customer service experience preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with online chat tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be dedicated, energetic, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. An applicant who can adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure is preferred.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong adaptability, strategic planning abilities, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
