Job Description:
Ryder System is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in the field. The Online Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing the online chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:- Manage online web chat platform and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Develop strategies to optimize the online chat platform for customer engagement and satisfaction- Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels- Train and mentor team members on best practices for chat communication- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online chat management
Requirements:- 8 years of experience in online chat management or related field- Strong communication and customer service skills- Creativity and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat software platforms
