Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Fort Gibson Care & Rehab Center. As an Onsite Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Salary Information The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect resident care services, including assisting with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care. Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding. Assist residents with range of motion exercises and provide personal care and comfort. Meet the communication needs of residents and their families, and communicate changes in residents' clinical condition to the nursing team. Requirements High school diploma or general equivalency preferred. Valid certification as a CNA in the state of Oklahoma required. Six months' experience in a long-term care environment preferred. Able to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations. Effective communication skills with residents, families, and facility staff.
