Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Leader to join company's open innovation consulting team, playing a pivotal role in driving the identification and implementation of their cutting-edge solutions through technology research, analysis, and strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will work with Project Leaders and Innovation Managers to deliver technology scouting projects.
Responsibilities:
Technology Research and Scouting: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging technologies, trends, and solutions relevant to our clients' needs.
Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive reports that distill complex technical information into clear and concise insights, enabling informed decision-making.
Client Presentations: Effectively communicate technical concepts and findings to clients through engaging presentations.
Technology Provider Interviews: Conduct interviews with potential technology providers, thoroughly evaluating their offerings and fit for client requirements.
Client-Provider Introductions: Facilitate introductions between clients and suitable solution providers, paving the way for successful partnerships and collaborations.
Deal and Partnership Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the conversion process, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
Strong academic background in a STEM field such as life sciences, physical sciences, or engineering (mechanical, aerospace, chemical).
Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, and the ability to quickly understand and analyze complex technical information beyond your core area of expertise.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break down technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively in team settings.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Fluent conversational and technical English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A second language (Korean, Mandarin or Japanese) and/or data science experience would be a plus.
