Job Description
Main Responsibilities.
• Prepare the FX position daily and coordinate with Head of finance and and ensure that FX exposure is
• within the required limit.
• Assist in preparation budget and coordinate with the regional team.
• Preparing daily Adhoc profit & loss for cotton and report to regional management after reconciling with the position
and getting it validated by the commercial team.
• Preparing weekly Adhoc profit & loss for cotton and report to regional management after
reconciling with the position and getting it validated by commercial team.
• Assist in preparation of documents and data required for internal and external audits.
• Maintenance of proper stock register and reconcile it with the execution records.
• Calculate MTM independently and ensure it correctly reflected in the SAP.
• Monitoring of the commodity hedge and report the variance.
• Ensure that CP balances always reflect true position.
• Prepare the aging inventory and share it with Head of Finance
• Maintain accurate record of forward contracts and highlight once the lifting date is approaching.
• Laise with Manager taxation to ensure that any abnormal impact of tax is properly highlighted for the cotton platform.
• Prepare and circulate the credit risk report on weekly basis.
• Prepare the monthly and weekly cashflow forecast.
• Prepare a reconciliation between flash and finalized P&L and provide the quantified explanations for the variance.
• Work on automation and digital transformation to improve the accuracy of the numbers.

· CA Qualified With minimum 3 years of relevant Post Qualification experience or ACCA Qualified with 5 years of relevant Post Qualification experience.
