Siemens Real Estate (SRE) wants you as our next Operational Property Manager – Central Region who will support the Carolinas. We need you to reside within the territory.
We want you to use your knowledge and phenomenal interest with innovation topics that change our digital future with real estate. You use your decision-making skills to make things happen.
As the Operational Property Manager, you will: Support the development of space optimization according to the customer needs and market conditions and identify opportunities to increase space efficiency, reduce occupancy cost and improve SRE rental conditions. Work with internal partners and landlords to ensure global mandates and local initiatives are implemented within your portfolio according to the guidance provided. Forecast and budget for the properties within your portfolio. Ensure financial fulfillment of contracts including timely payments to landlords and business partners. Understand corporate real estate and its impacts on our business, including daily operations. Maintain your knowledge and good understanding about technical assets/equipment and conditions. Provide SRE property management support to both leased and owned assets in your portfolio. Manage purchase orders and invoices from creation to approval. You will win us over with the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications
10+ years of real estate experience 5+ years of Experience with the following: Project management Handling multiple projects at one given time Collaboration across multiple groups Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or technical degree Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. The pay range for this position is $106,000 - $181,700 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
