We're looking for an Operations Admin to join our team! As an Operations Administrator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will attend to and report ordering statistics in their weekly meetings. The Operations Admin is responsible for partnering with other areas of the Operations Department to ensure our customer's windows and doors are ordered efficiently and accurately.
\n ResponsibilitiesAnswering inbound and outbound telephone calls (approximately 20 calls a day).Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities.Processing Contracts for New Sales-Uploading Documents.Process orders in the appropriate ordering portal (rForce, ROP, IQ)Audit each project file to assure it has met the qualifying gates for orderingClosing out completed installations.Help to schedule installations with customers SkillsCustomer service experience, required.Experience taking and directing incoming phone calls.Time management and organizational skills.Excellent oral and written communications skills.High literacy/competency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
