Responsibilities: Prepare Subscription Documents for digitization in the platformSupport existing clients with Fund and Offering updatesDrive successful client outcomes by assisting clients throughout the transaction process (including subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions) and managing fund closingsBuild and nurture relationships with new and existing fund managers and clientsLiaise with clients on user experience of the platform; partner with the technology team to enhance client experienceDevelop new processes to further automate client workflows and create a seamless experienceWork cross functionally with various teams including Sales, Client Support and Technology teams to appropriately respond to inbound requests and questionsAdditional responsibilities will be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related disciplineStrong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesAdvanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, general technological literacy (coding knowledge not necessary)Ability to work in a very fast paced environmentExemplary oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
