About the role: As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your manager to manage the day-to-day tasks of the provider outreach team. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.
\n What You'll DoProcessing, Scheduling, Mailing, and Coordinating Criminal Background Checks:Handle the entire lifecycle of criminal background checks for clinicians, including data entry, document verification, and record-keeping.Schedule background checks with appropriate authorities or third-party services and ensure timely completion.Mail necessary documentation and follow up on pending checks to ensure all required information is obtained and processed.Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Scheduling and Coordinating Notary Services:Schedule and arrange notary services for clinicians, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with internal departments and external notary public services to facilitate document notarization.Maintain a log of notarized documents and ensure proper record-keeping and storage. Communicating with and Collecting Provider Data:Serve as a point of contact for providers, ensuring effective and timely communication during clinician onboarding.Collect, review, and verify provider data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Maintain a comprehensive database of provider information, updating records as necessary.
