Movement Charter Schools is currently seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for the tactical support of key operational processes and systems that directly support internal and external school stakeholders. This position will take on a diverse stream of work from customer-service, child nutrition support, and front office management.
\n Primary ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls.Assist in preparing operational reports and schedulesMaintain records and documentation related to school operations.Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.Support the operations team in planning and coordinating operations activities.Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the level of inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.Ensure the operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.Develop and maintain a filing system.Prepare and monitor invoices.Provide general support to visitors.Act as the point of contact between the school and internal/external stakeholdersStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.May require some physical activity such as lifting and moving office supplies.Other duties as assigned by manager Additional Requirements: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Exhibit a professional demeanor and positive attitude.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience in front office management OR 6+ years of front office management experience.
