**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Support:**
- Assist in the implementation and execution of operational procedures and processes.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of resources to ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.
2. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operations-related activities.
- Utilize various software and tools to input and analyze data, generating reports as necessary for management review.
3. **Communication:**
- Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating clear and effective communication of operational goals and updates.
- Assist in preparing communication materials and presentations for team meetings.
4. **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with internal and external customers to address inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Support the development of positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. **Process Improvement:**
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ideas and strategies for process enhancements.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of best practices across operational functions.
6. **Community Engagement:**
- Actively participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives, contributing to projects that benefit the local community.
- Encourage team participation in community service events and campaigns organized by Domtar.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in business administration or operations management is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational support role or similar field.
